Way of transportation and receiving materials

- After being caught, saltwater fish is frozen at the below 50 C in the heat insulator barrel, plastic barrel and are transported to Gipemex by the means of conveyance.

- At the reception entrance, QC inspect the materail origin, transportation, goods estimation: freshness, size� Material receipt, basic assortment, weight and washing out again with fresh water, freezing at below 50 C and proceed into process.
