- After being caught, Sting Ray Wing is frozen at the below 5⁰ C in the heat insulator barrel, plastic barrel and are transported to Gipemex by the means of conveyance.

- At the reception entrance, QC inspect the materail origin, transportation, goods estimation: freshness, size� Material receipt, basic assortment, weight and washing out again with fresh water, freezing at below 5⁰ C and proceed into process.
